The Country Club West/Woods Homeowners Association Board of Directors is comprised of individual volunteer residents of the Association who are voted into office by the Board of Directors annually. Typically the Board elections are held at the Annual Meeting in June of each year. The Board is set up for seven members, however the bylaws only require three for operation. The Board members are volunteers with no compensation given to the Directors. Primary responsibilities of the CCWHOA Board include but are not limited to meeting monthly to discuss HOA business, managing the budget, addressing homeowner complaints regarding covenant violations and overseeing maintenance of common areas. Some of the duties required of Board members may be contracted out.
